Independent property maintenance services based in Welwyn Garden City, proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout Hertfordshire.
Three Generations of Craftsmanship
RidgeOak Property Maintenance was founded by Joseph Hajczinger, drawing on a family heritage of craftsmanship spanning three generations, with roots in German building and trade traditions.
Growing up surrounded by skilled trades and practical workmanship established a lasting respect for traditional techniques, attention to detail and the importance of doing a job properly.
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience across Europe, followed by over 15 years working throughout Hertfordshire, RidgeOak brings together traditional craftsmanship and modern property maintenance techniques.
Today, our work covers everything from everyday property repairs and maintenance to outdoor improvements, brickwork, fencing, cleaning and installations.
